Welcome to ShopOverTravels!

We are providing the Terms and Conditions for your consideration and information regarding the reservations or bookings pertaining to all travel requirements that are made through us. Kindly adhere to these Terms and Conditions before making any travel-related transactions or booking through us. You also agree to the said Terms of Use when browsing our website for information or transaction purposes. If you however don’t agree to these then kindly don’t make use of our website for any purposes whatsoever. 

Terms of Use

ShopOverTravels is a destination management company primarily dealing in vacation packages for groups, corporate, business and leisure travelers. The Terms of Use will be applicable to all of your bookings we make on your behalf through our chief travel suppliers such as airlines, tour operators, hotels, car rentals, cruise lines etc. As such, as per the Terms of Use you will be entering into agreement with ShoprOverTravels as well as the individual travel supplier through which the product or services are being procured by us on your behalf.  

ShopOverTravels shall not be liable or accountable whatsoever for any actions or failure of the travel suppliers to provide the said services or products unless the same was due to our own negligence. We want to inform that every individual travel supplier has its own Terms and Conditions, which also needs to be reviewed by you whenever buying the product or service of the said travel supplier through us.

Booking

You will be responsible to provide us the correct name as provided on the passport or on any other official personally identifiable document whether booking for yourself or on behalf of others. You will also have to ensure that the travel and/or hotel itinerary is correct. Any changes to the booking won’t be allowed by us once the booked tickets have been issued to you via email or any other communication modes. However, for making changes or amendments additional charges will be applicable.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all the travel details provided after final booking are confirmed and correct. However, you should contact us for making any revisions urgently. All the tickets provided by us are non-refundable, non-changeable and non-transferable.

Your booking information will be provided by us to the concerned travel supplier or other individuals who will be making travel arrangements for you on our behalf. You personal and travel information may also be provided by us to the customs or immigration or any other officials to fulfill required legal obligations, whenever so required. Your information may also be provided by us to credit checking or security companies as well. We understand that you also agree to the same as part of our Terms of Use.

Payment

The cost of all of your bookings will be reflected in USD and has to be made in the same currency. You will have to option to either make partial payment or full payment during the final booking process. However, when making partial payment you booking will be treated as confirmed only when the remaining balance amount has been fully paid on or before the due date or else it will automatically stand cancelled for which a cancellation fee will be charged as per our Terms of Use. 

Alteration and Cancellation

A change or cancellation fee will be charged by us whenever making such changes or cancellation. This may also be 100% of the total cost at times and as per our Terms of Use.

We will charge USD 50 per booking modification fee to make any alteration or adding more persons in your party/booking, which will be inclusive of the travel supplier charges (if any). Additional taxes may also be collected by us from time to time, regarding which you will be duly informed before the tickets are issued or re-issued.

Let it be known that neither ShopOverTravels nor any of the travel supplier associated with us will be liable or accountable for delayed boarding or cancellation. For this we also won’t provide any refunds to you whatsoever.

Insurance

Buying travel insurance is mandatory whenever booking with us. Most travel suppliers associated with us also make travel insurance as a pre-condition whenever booking with them. The travel insurance being purchased should adequately provide the required cover such as cost of assistance (including repatriation) in the event of accident or illness, loss of baggage and money, financial failure of the supplier(s), cost of cancellation, and other expenses. You may purchase travel insurance through us which will provide the required cover.

Documents Delivery

Most of the travel-related documents such as tickets, receipts/invoices and/or insurance are sent by us to your registered email address as provided, except those required to be sent on your postal address by post. ShopOverTravels will however not be responsible or accountable once your documents have either been emailed or sent by post unless the loss caused to you has been due to our negligence. In case the tickets or other documents are to be reissued then all the cost for the same will have to be borne by you. Additional charges may have to be paid by you if the delivery of documents has been requested by other means.

Confirmation

A confirmation email will be sent to you by us to acknowledge the receipt of your travel booking request. Your booking will however not be guaranteed, as the same exclusively depends upon its availability from the concerned travel supplier associated with us.

Complaints

ShopOverTravels is a responsible destination management company and fully acknowledges and honors the concerns of its valued customers. We will promptly respond to any of your complaints for the bookings made through us. You may send us email at support@shopovertravels.com for any kind of assistance.

For bookings made through the travel suppliers associated with us, you need to address your queries or complaints regarding the concerned travel arrangement made through them.

If you are in the middle of your holiday and require reporting a problem then you may do so by bringing it to the notice of the main supplier(s) or their local agent immediately. Your complaint will be promptly addressed only when adhering to the stated procedures.

The entitled compensation amount may be deducted or may not be given at all, depending on the prevailing circumstances.
